Do you enjoy walking in natural surroundings and meeting people? Come and explore different walks - open to men and woman of all ages. This Exercise Group is for people who have participated in the Introduction to SPSY program and wish to continue to practice and improve or maintain their strength and bone density with a facilitator. Classes held on Tuesday & Thursday morning and Monday & Wednesday evening. |

Nia blends tai chi, yoga, aikido, jazz and modern dance with soulful and uplifting music for fun, fitness and wellbeing. Wu Tao means "the dancing way." This healing therapy that uses dance, music and meditation to tone the body and balance the Qi (life-force energy) in the body.
